Our Braai-to-table experience brings people together around a communal long table. This sharing-style banquet showcases the best of the fire, featuring succulent tomahawk steaks, farm-style boerewors, and zesty chakalaka relish. We honour local staples with freshly baked pot-bread sweetcorn bread and charred roosterkoek, ensuring the spread is as diverse as it is delicious. With a focus on seasonal harvests, our menu remains vegetarian and vegan friendly, offering a sophisticated culinary journey that captures the heart of the Western Cape.

KOSÉ will soon share its premises with an acclaimed local winemaker, creating a truly integrated boutique winery experience. This unique partnership allows our guests to enjoy exclusive cellar-door tastings.
